As we are currently navigating through very intense and turbulent energetic times, I would like to share a ritual from the Balinese tradition with you today.

It is a sacred water purification that helps wash away foreign energies and reconnect you with your own essence.

How to perform the ritual:

Preparing the water:

Fill a beautiful bowl (ideally a glass bowl) with fresh, cool water. Place a few fresh flower petals into it. In Bali, frangipani is often used, but a rose or any flower that speaks to you carries the same power.

Charging the energy:

Place both hands gently around or above the bowl. Close your eyes and recall the feeling of pure, unconditional love.

Allow this loving intention to flow into the water for a moment. In doing so, you transform it into your own small Tirta (sacred water).

The purification:

Dip your fingertips into the water and gently touch your face and head with it three times.

In Bali, the threefold blessing represents the purification of thoughts, words, and actions.

Closing the ritual:

Thank the water. If you wish, you can pour the remaining water onto a plant in your home or outside into the earth, returning the energy back to the natural cycle.

Use this simple ritual whenever the outer world feels too loud, too heated, or too heavy. It helps bring you back into your body and into the present moment.
